Bookings can be made for a minimum of three nights. When you make your reservation, please specify the approximate time you will arrive in Shanghai, so we can make sure we're there to welcome you.

Please call us before you arrive to enquire room availability. If you don't come on time, we'll keep the room for an additional 3 hours for you. You can call to make sure we don't give the room to someone else in that case.
